According to the official blog post of WhatsApp, other smartphone users with Nokia Lumia will not be able to use WhatsApp from December 31, 2019 onwards. WhatsApp has further explained that users with Android 2.3.7 operating system will not get support for WhatsApp. On the other hand, the support of WhatsApp will also stop for the users using iOS 7.
WhatsApp will stop working on the old iOS and Android operating versions from the new year. The social media company has taken this step because older operating systems are not able to function at full capacity. Also, new features are
not supported on these operating systems. Let us know that WhatsApp will gradually stop supporting phones that work on older operating systems. Also, the latest updates will not be given to those devices.
WhatsApp said that our consumers will be able to use the app on KaiOS 2.5.1+ operating system. Explain that this operating system has got support in JioPhone 1 and JioPhone 2. Apart from this, users can also use the recently launched Nokia 4G phone. At the same time, WhatsApp launched features such as fingerprint unlock, private reply and group admin for its users.
WhatsApp released the call waiting feature a few days ago. Earlier this feature was seen on the beta version of iOS. After the introduction of this feature, if a user is talking to someone on WhatsApp and during the same time another user calls him, then his call will appear in waiting.
First of all, let us tell you that during the conversation on WhatsApp, the second call did not come, but now the feature of call waiting has come. This feature will work in the same way that the normal call waiting feature works. In the new update, the option of 'End & Accept' and 'Decline' is available during call waiting.
